Cell Phone Madness

by Shantelle Ward
(Kingston,Jamaica)

Nobody can't tell me that Jamaican’s are not cell phone mad!

I ran into an old friend last week.

So I asked him to give me his cell number, and his response was to reach for his waist where no less than 5 phones were hanging from him.

I asked him to let me see them. When he gave me them, not one was working.

The digits were not pressing on one of them, two screens had gone, and the last two were in a state of madness - no battery was in them.

The man turned and look at me and said, "You still want my numbers". :-)

better meeting him than calling ! very funny !
by: Francine

I also have a few cell phones... I bought a second one thanks to a bonus, so I am sure to be reached in case of flat battery and no money in one (hum this is my excuse...) .

Then my son asked me to help him to get a new one by accepting a fidelity arrangement, so to use the card I bought a third cheap one. The day after my son said: Oh I will brake my new one while working (electrician) so Mum can you let me your new simple one. No problem : I will take the middle age one of 5 years ago !
