Expiration of Jamaican rum cream
Question:
how long does unopened bottles of rum cream last?
I found a couple bottles from about 3 years ago.

Hi Frank,
I was told that they last a while, but eventually the cream may coagulate or the taste might deteriorate.
Basically, the rum acts as some sort of preservative, but it depends on the proportion, and the brand.
If you don't see an expiration date, then 2-3 years may be a reasonable time.
