Golden Spring Farms is a 50 acre coffee farm and eco-resort property located in mountains of St. Ann, Jamaica. Originally part of the historic Winefield Estate, it is located in the district of Higgin Town, at an elevation of 1,500 feet above sea level, on the North Shore of Jamaica.

Twenty minutes from the historic parish capital of St. Ann?s Bay, on the Main Road to the market town of Claremont, it is strategically positioned to be close enough to be accessible, but far enough to enunciate the vision of the owners; to became the premier eco resort destination in Caribbean, dedicated to healing the mind, the body, the spirit and the soul.

The current owners of Golden Spring, Richard & Janet Vaz, acquired the 50 acre holding in 2004 from the Winefield Estate and have been slowly embarking on a sustainable development plan

In the meantime, constructing a 7,000 square foot main residence to use as a launching pad for development.

A working Coffee Farm, Golden Spring is currently on a sustainable development plan that will make it a totally green and self sustainable eco resort destination, featuring B&B accommodation for those that want to be totally pampered and villa type cottages on the property for the more self sufficient who want total peace, quiet and serenity.
