My workshops result in confident and knowledgeable staff and increased sales.

Facial modalities range from French and Swiss techniques to electric face remodeling. I am a "Best of Philadelphia" award winning senior esthetician for 5* star multi award winning Rescue Rittenhouse Spa(www.rescuerittenhousespa.com).
I bring 15 years in the beauty industry and a Fortune 500 training/management background. My workshops have all been rated a "10" by my students, most of whom refer new clients.
I am looking for a hotel, B & B or dayspa affected by this tight economy that is seeking to expand their menu of spa services but doesn't necessarily have the monetary budget required to devote to quality customized in-house training.
Now may be the time to devote to staff development. If you have great accomodation with internet access and great employees who wish to grow in their field and make more money why not exchange with me for a workshop for your staff.
