Make it legal!! It will add 10 billion dollars a year to the economy.
Think about it, tourism is a 2 billion a year industry as it is. Follow the Amsterdam model and you boost those tourist dollars many fold. Coffee bars or rum bars with weed minus.
A Caribbean Ibeza will be just a couple of hours from America. I'll personally invest in beach bars that serve high grade ganja to go with the high grade coffee and the high grade rum.
