Contest Entry #011 - "Me Time" By The Beach - at Sunset Jamaica Grande
This was taken in June, 2013 at Sunset Jamaica Grande resort in Ocho Rios.
I had the day to myself and I was enjoying some "me time" by the beach.
Words can't describe how much I enjoy Jamaica. Even if I am just sitting doing absolutely nothing but listing to the waves crash against the shore or soaking up the sun, I am the happiest when I am in Jamaica.
You can see the ship in the background of this picture. I often wonder if the people who come off that ship really get to experinece Jamaica in the short time that they are docked.
It must be hard getting back on that ship and sailing away from such a beautiful Island with so much to see and do.
Those were my thoughts this day as I lay out by the beach and thanked GOD for all that he has done for me, including allowing me to fall in love with such a beautiful and welcoming place.
Jamaica truly is my home away from home.
