I hereby apply to fill the post of Restaurant Manager in your company; having a working Knowledge of high volume operations in a (4) four star Resort, with (2) years in a Japanese Restaurant, (1 ½) years in an Italian Restaurant, (1) years in a French Mediterranean and fast pace buffet service.


Complimented by 4 years experience working in the capacity of a Dining Room Manager, which covers the areas of banqueting, restaurants and room service; I am confident that my experience and training coupled with my warm approachable appearance and personality will be mutually beneficial.
