The 'Black' family members from westmoreland area.

Hi, My name is Neville Anthony Black.
I would like to get information on finding lost family members from the Westmoreland area of Jamaica.
The Family name is Black. My fathers name is Lloyd Winston Black.
He left Jamaica March 1962 for London England. From what I know he lived in Brixton neighborhood until he died.
The date of death isn't clear but the time frame I have is between Feb '70 to '71.
I am now living aboard in the United States. I've been here for the last 30 years. Lloyd was born in the month of February. We are not sure the year.
I would really appreciate some direction on this matter. This has been an on going thing that our family has been trying to figure out.
