Jan 13, 2013 Registrar's office by: Anonymous Hi, I was born in Victoria Jubilee Hospital in 1977. I have my birth certificate (Birth Registration Form - Form A). It details the correct spelling on my name, which official was present and the date I was named. I would contact the Registrar's office to get a copy.

Jan 10, 2011 Need to find my neice by: Catherine Mother's Name Nelitha Gray- Trelawny. Child's Name, Janice Able. Born in Kingston Jubilee Hospital August 14 1969. Father's Name George Able from Manchester.
