Work At Home Customer Service Agent Needed
Looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative who can work from home taking inbound calls.
Must have a good background (checks will be made) and must be honest and reliable. Integrity is a must for this position.
* Internet Connection (Must be good enough to have a flowing conversation using VOIP)
* Must have a very good computer system (PC Specs Required)
* Must be available at all times to take calls.
* Previous customer service experience (Needed)
* Previously worked in an environment that required use of the American accent. (Little or no native accent required)
* Great customer service skills
* Willing to work additional hours when needed.
