Xerox Jamaica seeks Customer Care Assistants
Note from Xerox Jamaica:
We are URGENTLY seeking your assistance in referring applicants who you know are of good character, possess excellent work ethics, good communications skills and meet the following requirements:
CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANTS
At least four (4) CXC/GCE subjects (English required)
Ability to type at least 25 wpm
Computer literate/ Internet Savvy
Ability to work any shift assigned within a 24hr period
Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
Excellent communication skills
Ability to grasp information quickly
Assertive and Analytical
All applicants must:
Possess valid Government issued photo I.D (Passport/
Driver License/Voter ID)
Possess N.I.S and T.R.N
Be able to successfully complete a criminal background
check(applicants who have a clean Police Record six (6)
months or less will be given first preference)
