Yes it should be legal because no matter what, they are not going to stop everyone who smokes marijuana.

Also it wouldn't be fair for the ones who aren't Rastafarian. I think that everyone should be Rasta that likes to use the medical stuff.

People shouldn't be arrested for smoking something that is a part of his or her religious belief (ganja).

Tourist should also do ganja. Make it legal people it will bring more money for the island.

tell you what - obviously u are not a Jamaican ( i think) and i assume u are one of those tourists who come here only for marijuana - why don't u take back some ganja to USA and hey, it may just help your country too which is going through some financial crisis now...
