Don't worry too much about it's techy name, it is simply an easy way to keep track of everything new at My-Island-Jamaica.com.

If you use My Yahoo! or My MSN, just head over to my home page and click on the button for your favorite Web-based feed reader in the RSS links box.

Note: That RSS links box is at the top left of the navigation bar - and it looks like this (see picture below)
