Contest Entry #052- Smile Jamaica
This was taken in Montego Bay. It's a small shop on the Hip Strip.
This place shows just how laid back the island lifestyle is. You can see the employees sitting outside waiting for their next customer.
They were very helpful when we went in but not too pushy. They even allowed gave us a Red Stripe while we were shopping!
Some other places really have high pressure sales but if you give them a firm but polite "No thank you" they will back off.
We just treated everyone with respect and we had no problems at all. I think the name of this store really sums up my entire Jamaican experience. ... Smile Jamaica
