Our tendency will be toward using less sugar in the recipes used. In the short to long term we will be looking at using sugarcane juice (cane juice) instead of sugar because it is considered an alkaline forming food because of the high concentration of calcium magnesium, potassium,
iron and manganese, effective in fighting cancer, especially prostate cancer and breast cancer.

It also boasts an array of other health benefits-
addressing issues such as dehydration, urinary tract
infections, kidney stones, liver problems, acidity and stomach burns, fatigue, constipation and tooth decay. It is also recommended for diabetics.

Although a newly named business, its owner (Juliet Holmes) is known among friends, family, acquaintances and
other satisfied customers especially for rendering unique and extremely pleasing, Authentic Jamaican Fruit Cakes, particularly sought after at Christmas time.
