Dress in casual/formal attire as you enjoy the ambience, and remember to make reservations in advance, with the number of reservations based on the length of your stay.
   
   
2. Jambalaya: This is where French and African influences combine to create dishes bursting with taste and excitement. Dinner is served with multiple seating options, allowing you to savour every moment of your dining experience. Like Uncle Tony's, adhere to the casual/formal dress code and make reservations according to your length of stay.
   
   
3. Samurai: Here you will embark on a culinary journey to Japan, where sushi, sashimi, and other specialities await. With two dinner seatings available, immerse yourself in the flavours of Japanese cuisine while enjoying the elegant ambience. Similarly to the other restaurants, dress accordingly and make reservations based on your length of stay.
   
   
4. Little River - Buffet: For a diverse dining experience, head to Little River - Buffet, offering an array of international dishes and a delectable continental breakfast. No reservations are necessary for this casual/formal dining option, allowing you to enjoy a meal at your leisure.
   
   
5. Deep Blue: Relax by the poolside at Deep Blue, where you can enjoy a variety of refreshments from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With no reservations required, unwind and soak up the sun as you savour the flavours of our poolside menu.
   
   
6. Sun and Fun: Take in the picturesque beach views while enjoying refreshments at Sun and Fun, open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With no reservations necessary, kick back and relax as you enjoy beachside delights.
   
   
7. The Lobby Bar: Whether you're craving international cocktails or a comforting cup of coffee, The Lobby Bar has you covered. Open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, this welcoming venue is the perfect spot to unwind at any time of day.
   
   
8. Calypso Bar: Before or after catching a show, stop by the Calypso Bar located at the theatre. Open from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, this lively spot offers a variety of beverages to enjoy without the need for reservations.
   
   
9. Jammin': Groove to the music and enjoy a relaxing cocktail at Jammin', located in the lower lobby. Open from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM, this laid-back venue is the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploration. Reservations are not required, so come as you are and enjoy the vibes.
