Question
Where are the limestone regions in Jamaica?

Answer by W. Gayle, Jan-15-2009

Hi Roxy,
I know off the top of my head that the north western region of the island was always said to be the main limestone area.

That include the parish of Trelawny that is also home to the world famous 'Cockpit Country'.

Take a look at the following links on the 'Cockpit country's website.

They should help you more in your research.

Keep in touch.
