Marijuana should definitely be legal in Jamaica

I think that 'the herb' should definitely be legal, taking in account that it is controlled by the people that use it and the community.
I am a Serbian-Australian and I have fair idea how the world spins around. It is controlled by white government and if they disagree with something it will be the way they want; therefore if it was up to the black people/rasta's of Jamaica majority would have it legalized.
So why isn't alcohol illegal?
It is one of the biggest factors for deaths, burdened life, etc. Ill tell you why, it is because it’s in the white culture and it has an anonymous acceptance therefore it cant be illegalized.
Just like say alcohol is part of the culture in America for an example, why can't marijuana be legalized in Jamaica. Its part of their culture, religion and a practice in which helps to meditate.
Bob Marley was a regular user and he promoted it, endorsed it. And can anyone disagree and tell me he was an immoral, cruel and hateful person or agree with me and say he was a humble, heart full, caring and revolutionary person who still lives in his music and who still is a influence in people? R.I.P. BOB LOVE YA MAN
To sum it all up I think it should be legal under control as it is part of the culture, it should be illegal to youth and that my belief is that marijuana is illegal due to white government pressure. And that Bob Marley was the best teacher/role model artist that ever lived.
