Travellers Hotel located on the beach in Negril on Norman Manley Blvd.(10 min. walk to town center) is an excellent choice for adults and families as well.
The rooms are modern and clean, the grounds are magnificent, and the restaurant/bar has an assorted menu serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus nightly entertainment with the most friendly and accommodating staff.
Included are beach chairs, towels, and swimming pool with swimup bar. Good location to visit west end restaurants, Rick's Cafe, and other day excursions/activities.
Reasonably priced, you will be glad you stayed here.
Another good choice is the Negril Beach Club; I've stayed there twice. - not as updated as Travellers but beach space is larger with almond trees for shade, beach chairs also included, balconies and the most beautiful gardens.
Very reasonably priced with a very courteous and pleasant staff. The Beach Club is next door to Travellers where I had dinner every evening and enjoyed the entertainment as well.
Wellesley's Note
Thanks for the recommendation Perla, love it.
I just looked at some online reviews as well and 89% of its visitors ranked it as either Excellent or Very Good! Only 9% said average.
Very impressive for a cheap hotel!
They talk about the karoake at nights greatly as well.
I'll be checking out Negril Beach Club.
Thanks again for your input buddy, my visitors (and I) surely appreciate it. #HelpAndBeHelped

WG
