Hi Jenifer,
You mean the bandana right?
I am not sure if you'll easily find the ready-made dress in stores, but you can surely find the material in any of the top fabric stores in Jamaica.
These include Fabric Smart, Pablos and LP Azar.
There are scores of local designers, tailors and dressmakers who can develop it for you.
If you need ideas, the JCDC offices may be able to direct you further.
