I'm from Michigan in the United States. Christmas here is usually covered in snow and ice.
This year I'm lucky enough to spend Christmas and New Year in Lucea, Jamaica!
I land Christmas day and my fiance will be picking me up from the airport.
I'm so excited to celebrate the holidays in Jamaica and look forward to the experience without snow :-) :-)
Merry Christmas to ALL and a Happy New Year!

How sweet!!!!
First of all, welcome to Jamaica Lisa.
And welcome to Lucea!
Lucea, by the way (for visitors to JA who will be reading this) is between Montego Bay and Negril.
It is a relatively quiet area but will be a gold mine for visitors who are looking for a rich Jamaican experience- especially as it relates to history and culture.
I am confident that you'll have a great time so enjoy. So yes, you have a blast! And all the best to you and yours for the new year Lisa.
Regards,
Wellesley
