We are looking for an exceptionally pleasant, customer focused individual who exudes positivity and is highly motivated.
The ideal candidate must be familiar with MS Office, in particular MS Word and MS Excel and must be comfortable working in a technology driven environment.
He or she will be required to interact with customers on a daily basis, both on the phone and in person and must be able to provide customers with an outstanding customer service experience.
The individual will also have to liaise with our technical team, manage inflow and outflow of customer jobs and perform data entry and filing functions.
We are a small organization, hence the position is a multi-faceted one which requires administrative, customer service and sales skills.
We will give preference to individuals possessing at least 5 CXC subjects inclusive of Math and English, who live in the Mandeville area or its environs.
