Jamaican Dark N’ Stormy Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Kingston 62 Gold Rum
• 4/6 ounces Ginger Beer
• 1 ounce Lime juice
• A lime wedge for garnish (optional)

PROCEDURE

1. Fill a glass with ice cups and pour your rum into it. Pour in your ginger beer and lime juice then stir with a slender spoon or bar spoon if you have one. You can finish off with a lime wedge in the corner of the glass as a garnish.

Jamaican Hurricane Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Kingston 62 White Rum
• 2 ounces Kingston 62 Gold Rum
• 1/2 ounce passion fruit juice
• 1 ounce orange juice
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 1 TSP Grenadine
• An orange slice and cherry
• Ice

PROCEDURE

1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker.
2. Add fresh ice to an appropriate glass then strain your drink into the glass.
3. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.

Jamaican Rum & Coconut Water Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Kingston 62 Gold Rum
• 4/6 ounces coconut water
• A fresh lime wedge
• A mint sprig

PROCEDURE

1. Pour rum and coconut water into a glass with ice and stir vigorously to chill. Add lime wedge and mint to the glass and serve.

Jamaican Rum And Cola Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Kingston 62 Gold Rum
• 4/6 ounces Cola

PROCEDURE

1. Fill your glass with ice, rum and finally cola. Mix well and serve.
2. While the classic is Rum and Cola, you can substitute it for Pepsi which is considerably more popular in Jamaica for cocktails. 

Jamaican Rum & Tonic Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Kingston 62 White Rum
• 4/6 ounces tonic water
• 1 ounce lime juice
• A lime wedge for garnish
• Ice

PROCEDURE

1. Add Ice cubes to a glass followed by rum and lime juice. Add tonic water and serve. You can add a lime wedge for garnish if you wish. This drink can also be made with Kingston 62 Gold Rum.

Jamaican Piña Colada Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Kingston 62 White Rum
• 1 ½ ounce Pineapple juice
• 1 ½ ounces coconut cream
• A pineapple wedge
• Ice

PROCEDURE

1. Add all your ingredients, except your optional pineapple wedge, to a blender and pulse until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish as you like before serving.

Jamaican Rum Punch Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Kingston 62 White Rum
• 2 ounces of pineapple juice
• 1 ounce of orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 3 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 tsp grenadine
• A brandied or maraschino cherry

PROCEDURE

1. Add the rum and all other liquid ingredients to a shaker.
2. Shake until chilled then strain into a Hurricane glass over fresh ice.
3. Add your cherry as a garnish and serve.

You can add both Kingston 62 White and Gold to your rum punch if you’d like.

Jamaican Mojito Cocktail Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces Kingston 62 White Rum
• ⅔ ounces Soda
• 2 Tsp superfine sugar
• 6 Fresh mint leaves
• 0,5 ounces lime juice
• A slice of lime for garnish

PROCEDURE

1. Mix the mint, sugar and lime juice. Add a splash of soda and fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour in the rum and add the remaining soda before serving.
