Do you have a play area for kids in the community?
Yes there will be an area with a kiddies play structure, a football field, a walking trail, a multipurpose court for netball and basketball.Question:
What documents are needed to acquire the house? Answer:
Unless paying cash, everyone needs documents to qualify for a mortgage – the Banks will have their own list but typically a pre-approval letter, pay slips, a TRN, NIS, proof of deposit and income. Gore only requires a completed application, picture ID, TRN and the deposit.Question:

The only thing that comes with the house is an electric water heater in the 688 sq. ft. the 933 and 1280 have a solar water heater.Question:

Each lot varies but typically you have 20-30 feet at the back of the house for expansion – wider lots you can also expand to the side but you must leave a 5’ boundary which is a Parish Council Rule.Question:
