Jamaican Home By Gore Developments

If you are considering a (or another) home in Jamaica, this might interest you well.

There is an reputable local company called Gore Developments which been developing residential homes across Jamaica for over thirty years!

And by the way, when we opened the opportunity for local companies to partner with us, they were one of the first to jump on board! Since then, they've been getting referrals and inquiries almost every day! Sometimes several times per day!

Anyway, back to the meat of the matter...

We got an interesting inquiry from a potential client recently. The gentleman had several questions.

Well, Joanne (my contact at Gore) responded. But I thought it might be quite useful to share the feedback (in the same Question & Answer form) with you - especially if you are considering owning a Jamaican home through Gore.

Here (below) is the email with the questions from the gentleman as well as Joanne's answers.

Note: You may also read our review of Gore Developments here. Some pictures are there as well.
