While many choose to spend their vacation at a resort, others prefer to be completely secluded and have ultimate privacy. Hence the reason a private villa would be perfect. But while villas provide the privacy needed, many don’t have the luxury of an entire staff available to take care of your needs.

So, if you are looking for private villas that are accompanied by a fully capable staff, here are some fantastic options.

1. Flower Hill - Montego Bay

Flower Hill, a 6-bedroom villa on 4 manicured acres overlooking the Half Moon Beach Resort and Golf Club, is a one of a kind villa in Montego Bay's Spring Farm neighbourhood.

The villa has a heated infinity pool, hot tub, spa with steam room and massage tables, and a fully equipped gym, ensuring that guests never need to leave.

Flower Hill has something for guests of all ages, with three bars, a game room (with ping-pong, pinball, foosball, and Pac Man), and a 100-foot projection theatre. Feel free to travel with your entire family.

The excellent staff of 12 including chefs, butlers, housekeepers, a laundress, and gardeners, ensures that your vacation will be comfortable and worry-free as possible.

2. Dragonfly at the Tryall Club - Montego Bay

This spectacular property is ideal for a luxurious escape. The bedrooms, living areas, and the enormous 100-foot swimming pool have breathtaking vistas. The primary bedroom, with an expansive bathroom retreat and private hot tub, is located on the upper entrance level.

A living area, bar, dining and informal sitting veranda, as well as an auxiliary indoor dining room that can double as a board room for corporate retreats, make up the extraordinarily spacious free-flowing living spaces.

A basketball court, home theatre, a fully equipped gym, and a fully stocked games room with x-box and table tennis are just some of the amenities available to you if you choose to stay here.

This villa also sleeps 14 people, having 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The staff includes butlers, a chef, a gardener, a house manager, housekeepers and a laundress.

3. Sweet Spot At The Beach - Runaway Bay

Sweet Spot at the Beach, as its name suggests, is located on a large, sandy beach with an offshore reef perfect for snorkelling. The large lawn on the property is ideal for badminton, volleyball, croquet, or simply relaxing in a hammock under the shade of blossoming trees.

A huge pool, poolside wet bar, air-conditioned gym, and massage room are also available at the villa for your enjoyment. The four-person staff, cook, butler, housekeeper/laundress, and gardener, will organize an evening poolside BBQ or a nighttime beach bonfire at your request. 

Sweet Spot at the Beach also provides you with unlimited complimentary greens fees at the Jewel Runaway Bay golf pro shop, which is conveniently located across the street.

4. Villa Serenity - Ocho Rios

Villa Serenity is located in Ocho Rios and has a full crew, butler, chef, housekeepers, laundress, and grounds person, with an ocean view. Local beaches, activities, adventures, restaurants, and nightlife are all within walking distance.

Your vacation home is only a few feet from the beach making it ideal for large groups and families. Elegant accommodations for couples and families of up to 16 people, world-class amenities, and personal butler or concierge service make this the ideal getaway.

This is a 5 bedroom villa, so some rooms have multiple beds. Villa Serenity is big on providing tasty traditional dishes, if you have anything, in particular, you would like, you can make your request once you have booked the villa.

5. Amanoka on the Beach - Discovery Bay

Amanoka is one of the most exquisite homes located in Discovery Bay. Take a barefooted stroll down a gentle lawn from the huge verandah and pool to the 70' white sand beach, and waterfront gazebo with suspended canvas swings.

The floating spa under a tropical pavilion is quite unique. The spa is situated next to a manicured lily pond with relaxing waterfalls. An air-conditioned gym is adjacent to the spa and features a Precor Elliptical, treadmill, free weights, fitness DVDs, balls, mats, and music.

There is a no acrylic surface tennis court that is well lit at night, so you can play whenever you want to.

All seven bedrooms have hairdryers, televisions, telephones and intercoms to the bar, kitchen, staff quarters and other guest rooms. The full staff consists of 2 chefs, a butler, housekeepers, a laundress, and a gardener.

6. Villa Rosa - Montego Bay

This magnificent, modern villa is perfect for the elite traveller who is all about luxury. It was built specifically to facilitate those who love an extraordinary indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Each of the four spacious bedrooms in the Main House has a kingsize bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and a patio or balcony.

The media room, bar, various television viewing sections, and two eating rooms are all located in the Main House. A private exercise facility is located in a separate pavilion tucked in the trees and is well equipped with a Freemotion elliptical and treadmill, two spinning bikes, a weight bench, kettlebells, yoga deck and mats, a 50" TV, and a shower.

Half Moon, White Witch, and Cinnamon Hill are just a few of the neighbouring championship golf courses. The full staff consists of a chef, a butler, housekeepers, a laundress and a night watchman.
