Just a Short Pause - But I'm Still Here

If you’ve been following along here on My-Island-Jamaica.com, the weekly newsletter or over on YouTube — you might be wondering why things have been a little quiet this week.

After sharing a run of your favourite throwback features earlier this year (on YouTube), and then diving into two solid months of fresh new content- here on site, as well as YouTube — I’ve decided to take a short break to rest and recharge.

This pause includes my weekly YouTube premieres and the newsletter, both of which I’ve kept going consistently for years — in fact, I’ve only missed the newsletter once in the past 17 years!

So yes, this is a rare pause... but a needed one. I expect to be back in a few weeks, God willing, with even more of the inspiring, authentic Jamaican content that you’ve come to know and love — articles, stories, videos, insights, herbs, culture, and of course, the people of this beautiful island I call home.
