With Ocho Rios known as the ultimate town for thrilling activities, choosing luxury villas in this area gives you the perfect opportunity to explore during the day and bask in luxury during the night.

1. Scotch on the Rocks

Scotch on the Rocks, positioned on the rocks just above the Caribbean Sea, was once owned by a Scottish Lord before the Earl of Mansfield sold it in the 1980s.

The renowned Jamaica Inn and the five-star boutique hotel Royal Plantation are two of the most prominent hotels in Jamaica, and that's where the Jamaica villa is situated.

The property in Jamaica is only a short distance from the vibrant town of Ocho Rios, yet it offers total seclusion. The travertine tile flooring, delicate fretwork, and tastefully accentuated Jamaican mahogany furnishings inside the villa's clean and fresh décor provide a soothing atmosphere to calm the mind, body, and spirit.

A cook, butler, waiter, housekeeper, and gardener are the staff members who work to ensure your holiday is as delightful and stress-free as possible. Their amenities include:

2. Kai Ki Villa

In Ocho Rios, Jamaica, there's a recently finished luxury holiday home called Kai Ki Villa! This gorgeous holiday house has nine bedrooms, a movie theatre, a private gym, a games room, a large swimming pool with a hot tub that faces the Caribbean Sea, and other indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment areas.

Kai Ki is the ideal fusion of Caribbean and Contemporary design, and it was created to give our guests the most luxurious, unwinding, and enjoyable experience possible.

There are several places to eat, from the spacious 16-seat dining table for the most elegant yet laid-back eating experience to the outside gazebo with a view of the ocean.

Seven employees work at Kai Ki Villa, including:

• an executive chef
• a sous chef
• two butlers
• housekeeping
• and round-the-clock security.

3. Buttonwood Reef Villa

This contemporary villa in Ocho Rios offers 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests. Downstairs, there's a spacious living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a media room, and 2 en-suite bedrooms.

Upstairs, there are 4 en-suite bedrooms with private balconies. The villa also features a private infinity pool, hot tub, verandah, and outdoor spaces. Guests can also enjoy a tennis court, pickleball court, paddle boards, kayaks, and scuba equipment.

4. Seven Seas on the Beach

This beachfront home, located in a protected coconut plantation, offers a relaxing family break with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and Ocho Rios. The home is furnished with textured stone, Travertine marble, and Brazilian cherry wood, and features an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, and four cosy bedrooms.

Outside, guests can enjoy a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, and daybeds. The home also features a private tennis court and direct access to the beach, with a live reef just offshore, providing guests with snorkel gear to explore the breathtaking surroundings.

5. Villa Canoe Cove

Villa Canoe Cove Jamaica is a luxurious estate in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, offering 200 feet of private beachfront and a full household staff including a chef, butler, laundress, and housekeeper. The villa features an enormous pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, putting green, and numerous indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The villa features two floors and seven bedrooms, each designed as a private retreat. The lower levels have shared living spaces, a great room, and formal dining. The villa is designed for group or family retreats, with four bedrooms on the lower level, three featuring king beds and private baths, and a children's room adjacent to one king suite.

The remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor, open to private balconies and king suites with large and private baths. The villa is perfect for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.
