Merlene Ottey is may 'famous and favourite Jamaican'.
A daughter of jamaica from the cold hills of Hanover, the same parish of birth for Alexander Bustamante; one of independent Jamaica's founding father.
She is unfortunately called the bronze queen, however she may have ran in more Olympics than any other athlete!
A true athlete who has stand her grounds among some serious challenges and grace the medal podium with a proud Jamaican smile.
She has taken the Jamaican name to such international level.
She now lives and competes for Slovenia - a country in South Central Europe.
