They are located in the Blue Mountain foothills, but Kingston's downtown is only a 20-minute drive away, providing you with breathtaking vistas at every angle. From the balcony of the sitting room, you can overlook Kingston's downtown, the Mona Dam, Usain Bolt's sports arena, and the city's traffic flow.

Hummingbirds that are feeding may also be seen on the balcony's right side. By planting their preferred trees the estate enables them to feed organically and to their delight, their continuous return.

Accommodations

The Tranquility Estate is much like a bed and breakfast but they offer several different lodging options for various tastes. Each of these suites has a balcony with seating that overlooks Kingston and the Blue Mountains, as well as a private bathroom. There is a large sitting area where you may unwind and watch cable TV, as well as a library.

The Apartment

The flat is located on the building's lower ground floor. It has a separate entrance on the right side of the building. A big living room with a dining area, one bedroom, a kitchen area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a cloakroom are all included. A patio and a tranquil garden. It boasts big windows and stunning scenery. Fans hang from the ceiling.

The kitchen is furnished with tools, pots, and dishes. A stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and all the necessary culinary equipment. Outside the living area, there is a tranquil garden with seating where you may observe the mountains.

A Queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, a closet, a vanity, and a chair are all included in the bedroom. For those here on business, there is access to another room set up as an office with a table, chair, and sofa.

The Orchid Suite

This suite, which is 360 square feet in size, is by far the most opulent in the main house. It is on the ground level. The largest balcony in the hotel features a table and chairs with views of the hills, the mountains, and part of Kingston. This makes it the ideal place to have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.

The suite is tastefully decorated with furniture they've amassed on their travels, just like the rest of the Estate. A huge 6' x 6' 3" bed, as well as a dressing table and chairs, are featured in the bedroom. There is a dressing room with a walk-in wardrobe. Beautiful marble walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The Water Lily Suite

At the back of the building, with a view of the hills and mountains, is the Water Lily Suite. There is a table and seats on a double balcony. The four-poster bed in this room is an antique from Jamaica and is quite lovely since you can lie in bed and gaze out the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The space measures 25 feet by 16 feet and has high ceilings and loads of natural light. There is a private restroom. The room has recently been redecorated and is clean and bright with a dressing table, bookcase, and huge closet/wardrobe. It is comfortable, relaxing, and airy with peaceful views.

The Bougainvillea Suite

This is an airy, cosy, and comfortable suite with peaceful views. The room has a comfy double bed and is clean and light. It has a sizable built-in wardrobe, a vanity, and a chair. and a personal restroom. There is only one balcony. The 25 x 16-foot apartment is the smallest compared to the others but it's by no means small; it has high ceilings and a lot of natural light.

There are no restaurants, bars or additional amenities at the Tranquility estate, it is simply a place to escape from the real world. However, with its location so close to Kingston you can enjoy some of the best restaurants in Kingston plus find fun things to do.
