We need a judge's order that the sister has right's to the property. Contact me at email@example.com.

I am not a real estate expert, but I do know a few persons who are in the field and could be of tremendous help to you and your client. Two, off the bat are Maura Watson, real estate agent and Nicole Allen, property lawyer. Miss Allen's office number is 876-952-4200.
