Let’s delve into the wealthiest neighbourhoods in Jamaica.

1. Norbrook

Nestled in the lush hills of St. Andrew Parish, Norbrook is without a doubt one of our most affluent neighbourhoods. The neighbourhood boasts sprawling mansions, gated communities, and lush, well-manicured gardens. Norbrook offers residents a serene and secure environment, with breathtaking views of the Kingston skyline and the Caribbean Sea. The neighbourhood is also home to several prominent Jamaican celebrities and business tycoons.

2. Cherry Gardens

Adjacent to Norbrook, Cherry Gardens is another affluent neighbourhood in the St. Andrew Parish. This upscale area features elegant homes, beautifully landscaped gardens, and tree-lined streets. Cherry Gardens is renowned for its prestigious addresses and the opulent lifestyle it offers. 3. Beverly Hills

7. Kingston 6 (Barbican)

Kingston 6, often referred to as Barbican is another affluent area in our capital city. This neighbourhood offers a mix of upscale homes, condominiums, and townhouses.
