Jamaican Beach Hotels | Sandals Negril

The Jamaican shores are filled with hotels of many sizes and luxuries. Jamaican Beach Hotels are popular among tourists and even locals because many provide uninterrupted ocean views from all their rooms and suites.

Sandals Negril

At Sandals Negril, there are oceanfront, beachfront, ocean view and partial ocean view rooms in varying proximity to the beach. The Beachfront rooms are located directly on the coast, which means you are never too far from the sand and sea.

Oceanfront rooms though a little far back still give good access to the beach without much hassle.
Then, if you would love to see the ocean but aren’t too keen on being in it 24/7 the ocean view or partial ocean view suite would be best for you.

By now, we all know all the exciting amenities and luxuries included in a Sandals vacation. But if you need a little refresher, read or review Sandals Negril or the Sandals resorts in Jamaica.

The watersports programme at Sandals is quite expansive too, so you can take the beach adventures to scuba diving, kayaking or other non-motorised sports.

Iberostar Grand Rose Hall

Over 100 of Iberostar’s rooms and suites give direct access to the beach, so if that is what you are searching for then you can definitely get it here. Again, if you would much rather prefer to see the ocean from your sky-high suite that is an option too. The Star Prestige experience is exactly that. You will get to experience the beach like you never have before. With members-only Balinese beds and premium liquor at arms reach, and if you would rather not “reach out” for your drink, your butler is right there to help.

Royalton Blue Waters

This resort shares the same property as the Royalton White Sands resort. However, Blue Waters has more oceanview rooms and suites and is the more modern and spacious of the two, so, if you are travelling in a large group or with small kids Blue Waters is a better option.

All common areas are shared facilities including restaurants, pools, the slide and of course the expansive beach.

Azul Beach Resort

The beach at Azul is the main attraction. Don’t get me wrong the luxurious amenities and delicious foods in copious amounts and spectacular varieties are a great addition but for someone who is content with just sunny days on the beach, you will have more fun than you’ve had in a while.

If you are on the adventurous side, take on the watersports, the beach volleyball or soccer games. But if not, just lay in a beach Bali bed, have yummy food and drinks and relax away your vacation days.

Did I mention Azul is on the famous Seven-Mile Beach? My bad.

Charela Inn

Jamaican Beach Hotels | Charela Inn

Not everyone wants a luxurious vacation and if you are one of these people then the Charela Inn provides comfortable accommodations for the family on a budget. The homeyness of the hotel is a great incentive to stay at the hotel but the access to the Seven-Mile is the greatest encouragement.

Beaches Resorts

With the word in the name of the resort, I think it is safe to say you’ll have a whale of a time on the beach of both Beaches properties in Jamaica. Ocho Rios and Negril are two of the best places to vacation on the island and both seaside towns have some of the best beaches here.

Doctor’s Cave Beach Hotel

Another budget option. If you have ever been to the beach in Montego Bay, I am almost certain it was the Doctor’s Cave. So why not stay at the hotel too?

Although with this option, you won’t enjoy oceanviews or swim-up rooms as the hotel is located on the opposite side of the beach, and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. What’s more, if you are ever in an exploratory mood, the Hip Strip is filled with shops and restaurants.
