John Maxwell Leadership Training in Jamaica

by Hopelyn Brown
(Vancouver, BC, Canada)

A Jamaican team of John Maxwell Independent Coaches living overseas are joining together to provide leadership training for Jamaican businesses and organizations this November 2016.

Dr. Hopelyn Brown, certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and owner of Hopelyn International Network has spearheaded this collaborative initiative with fellow John Maxwell Team Members Lorna Blake and Marie Cosgrove to name a few, intending for it to become an annual initiative.

“Our nation depends, at its core, on its leaders,” explains Dr. Hopelyn, “Helping to develop strong leadership skills in our businesses and organizations is vital for the health of the entire nation. We operate, ultimately, as a whole.

The more successful, thriving businesses and organizations there are in Jamaica, the more successes the nation will attract. At the end of the day, the leadership training we provide benefits us all.

The John Maxwell Group of Companies including The John Maxwell Team, John Maxwell Company and Equip has a long and successful history, training more than 10 million leaders in 174 countries, and working with organizations such as the United States Military Academy at West Point, the National Football League, and the United Nations.

Maxwell’s The
21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership has sold more than 2 million copies and is used by business leaders across the globe.

John Maxwell Leadership Training in Jamaica Details:

Sessions are specifically designed for businesses with 10 or more participants and can be scheduled at http://www.johncmaxwellgroup.com/hopelynbrown explains Brown.

The training averages between 2-3 hours and is packed with highly usable information in a fun learning environment. Our goal is to have each team member come away with at least one mind challenging idea that will spark a desire for self-improvement and increased productivity within your business or organization.

While many individuals feel that leadership is just a gift that some have and some don’t, we will define leadership, provide purposeful ways to grow and improve leadership skills, and begin to cultivate a mentality primed for improvement and growth.

Once exposed to this training, ideas are unlocked and old, unproductive habits are left behind.

I am extremely excited for this coming year. I expect to see tremendous growth in the Jamaican businesses and organizations over the next few years.
