Where Is Little Bay Country Club?
Little Bay Country Club is an upscale gated community located in Negril, Jamaica, developed by Selective Homes Ltd in 2013. The property features rugged cliff sides, stunning views of the ocean and even a private beach. The community consists of 171 luxury residential units and villas.
Types of Units At Little Bay Country Club Negril
Super Studio with Carport - Each pair of condos includes a covered double carport (one parking place per unit), while the upper floor units have vaulted ceilings and a large balcony. Ceramic floor tiles, a full kitchen, and a stylishly fitted bathroom are included in each Studio.
These elegant flats (650 sq.ft.) are roomy and just steps away from two private white sand beaches, making them a sanctuary in a garden setting. They're big enough to make it into a one-bedroom apartment with plenty of areas to rest and decompress.
Two Bedroom Townhouse - These two-bedroom townhouses are available in semi-detached or block-of-four layouts. On the ground floor, there is a wide unbroken area for the Living/Dining Room, Kitchen, and Powder Room, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor.
They also feature Shower Enclosures with massage jets in both Bathrooms and a Stand-Alone Soaking Tub in the Master Bathroom, and Ceramic or Porcelain Floor Tiles. The units' exteriors are painted in beautiful, contrasting colours, and each has a front double-driveway.
3-Bedroom Town House - These homes have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor. This property has a total floor area of 2,050 square feet, with a big uninterrupted area for Living and Dining.
They also feature a stand-alone fireplace, shower enclosures with massage jets, granite-composite countertops and french doors. You will also have a sun deck towards the back of the unit and a two-car driveway.
3-Bedroom Villa - These magnificent villas are well situated to enjoy the benefits of Negril's famous sunsets and amazing views of the Caribbean Sea.
Each Villa has a total square footage of 4,300 square feet (including 680 square feet of balcony and a 415 square feet covered double carport). A large lobby with soaring ceilings greets you as you enter the lower floor of the villa, which includes a state-of-the-art kitchen, living and dining rooms, a library/study, separate helper's lodgings, a shaded double-carport to the side, and a sun terrace to the back.

- Conduits for security systems on all doors and windows
Many times, the value of real estate is highly dependent on location. Beachside properties like this usually carry quite a high price in most instances. But then again, what is costly to one person may be quite affordable to someone else.
By the rate that these homes were sold, many must have thought that they were affordable, but you can be the judge of that. Studio units start at around US$163,000.00, 2 bedroom townhouses at US$235,000.00 and 3 bedroom townhouses at US$455,000.00.
While most, if not all units have already been sold, some have been put back on the market for rent, to be sold or to be used as an Airbnb.
