Help me to find missing baby female child left on 22/12/77 at Mandeville Hospital

Help me to find this person: I am searching for an abandoned baby. She was left on 22nd December 1977.
Do you know who this baby is now? She was a female child who was 11 months old at the time but as she was premature at birth she would have been small for her age.
The baby was left at the Mandeville Hospital in the Manchester Parish of Jamaica. She was taken into the children’s ward where she stayed for 5 days.
Any information that you have that might lead us to the location of this child would be much appreciated.
