Their villas, situated on 17 acres of tropical beauty at Fairy Hill, is 7 miles east of old Port Antonio. The area is surrounded by the beautiful tropical forest, enormous trees, gardens, and lawns that Portland is known for.

The villas command a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful mountains from the pool deck or villa balcony. There are studios, and one- and two-bedroom villas in the resort. Every room has kitchenettes, phones, cable TV, and air conditioners. Unlike most accommodations, the rates at the Jamaica Crest are not based on occupancy per room but instead based on the room itself regardless of occupancy.

There are two restaurants at the Jamaica Crest Resort. As follows:

Which popular attractions are close to Jamaica Crest Hotel?

  • Blue Lagoon- One of the island's most stunning natural landmarks is The Blue Lagoon, also known as Blue Hole, which is thought to be the crater of an extinct volcano. The lagoon, which has brilliant, blue waters and is surrounded by lush vegetation, is roughly 200 feet deep, contrary to popular belief that it has no bottom. Hundreds of tiny, underground mineral springs keep the blue-and-green water cool, and visitors love diving into the lagoon or swinging from the tree limbs.

  • Boston Jerk Center- The Boston Jerk Center in Portland is the place to go if you want to sample real jerk chicken or jerk pork. Sample all the jerk dishes the merchants have to offer as the jerk booths are open every day until they close late in the evening.

  • Reach Falls- One of Portland's best-kept secrets is Reach Falls. The most horrifying of the numerous natural holes created by the water in the spectacular cascade is the Rabbit Hole. You may access a hidden underwater cave that leads to the main pool, where a number of cascades pour down limestone steps if you have the guts to jump through this little opening.
