Looking for Dave Anthony Garden... born somewhere in Kingston in 1970

I am looking for Dave Anthony Garden, who was born somewhere in Kingston in 1970. He is my older brother that I never knew. He was the youngest of 3 at the time with two sisters. His early years were spent in a children's hospital due to some developmental challenges. I heard that he has a daughter now. I have just learned of this today.

We honestly thought that he was not alive. She was told that he was dying and that she could not take him with her. Our mom was so hurt that it is difficult for me to get her to talk about him. She immediately shuts down. I lost a baby, so I understood her inability to talk about her loss.

I am wondering if anyone knows him or his daughter. We would love to be in touch with him. It's never too late and I remain hopeful of learning about my older brother. Mom didn't know to look, but I am well old enough now to do so for her. God bless.
