1. Quality's Sea Breeze Restaurant & Bar
This restaurant and bar are right across the street from Mary's Bay, one of the last remaining stretches of beach on the West End.
They are located near the West End Road and Westland Mountain Road intersection. Breakfast items include tea, coffee, egg sandwiches, omelettes, cereal, and Jamaican breakfast items such steam vegetables and saltfish & beans.
Of course, bacon, callaloo, plantain, and toast can be added as well. Jamaican delicacies include fresh fish prepared in any form, octopus, willex and conch.

2. The Blue Mahoe At Ocean Cliff Hotel, Negril
The Blue Mahoe Restaurant is situated on the West End cliffs, overlooking the Caribbean Sea's stunning blue waves. They offer exquisite beachside dining with rich and distinctive flavours. Take in one of Jamaica's most beautiful sunsets while relaxing to the sounds of Seven Mile Beach in the distance.
You will adore their farm-to-table cuisine approach. They serve locally produced and in-season products, ensuring that you will enjoy the best dishes in Negril. Seafood favourites include grilled snapper, coconut shrimp, grilled lobster tail, escovitch fish, roasted fish, and many more.

3. Flag City Seafood & Grill
This beachside seafood restaurant is located on Norman Manley Boulevard. They use traditional cooking methods, including outdoor wood fire cooking.
On their menu, you will find dishes such as fresh snappers with grilled lobster with garlic sauce, curry, brown stew, or fry conch, and steam, roast, grill, or fry fish. They operate 7 days per week from 7 am to 10:30 pm.

4. Erica's Hideaway Restaurant and Bar
Erica's Hideaway is located in Negril, Jamaica, right off the West End Road. This little open-air restaurant provides travellers with a memorable experience. Some of the best meals on the West End can be found at Erica's Hideaway Restaurant and Bar.
Garlic Butter Lobster, Garlic Butter Shrimp, Chicken Chop Suey, Steak, Pork Chops, Conch, Red Snapper, Lobster, Shrimp, Curry Lobster, Curry Chicken, Curry Conch, Lobster Chop Suey, and Vegetarian are among the most popular meals.
Many of the vegetables at the restaurant are grown locally. They also provide Red Stripe Beer, which is a must-have accompaniment to any Jamaican dish.

5. Fireman’s Lobster Pit

6. Rockhouse Restaurant
Take a seat and gaze out over the volcanic cliffs to the dazzling Caribbean Sea, which is known as Negril's top fine-dining destination. It won't take long to figure out why it's known as "Pristine Cove." The Rockhouse restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was built to blend in with the tropical setting.
In the morning, have a cup of Blue Mountain coffee while silently watching the birds, or bring your sweetheart for a romantic candlelit dinner. On their menu, you will find seafood dishes like shrimp and lobster linguini, crispy whole snapper, coconut shrimp and crab quesadilla.
7. 3 Dives Restaurant and Cliff Bar
Jerk chicken with a handmade sauce that people want to take home, grilled lobster in season served with garlic butter, callaloo, rice and peas, Jamaican seafood meals such as curried conch, escovitch fish, and other seasonal specialities are all available at Three Dives.
A huge platter of callaloo with rice and peas is available for vegetarians.
