We are trying to locate Cecil Clarke, believed to have been born in or resided in St James/ Montego
Bay area. He is a carpenter by trade and worked on construction of public buildings, including a school in Kingston during 1951/1952. He was good friends with Mr Stone who lived in Deanery Road, Kingston and frequented the home of Miss Betty and Phyllis Salmon in the same location.
