Human Resource Specialist Needed

WSTBZ Consulting Limited is seeking a Human Resource Specialist with experience in recruiting and placement to fill a part-time contractor position.

The duties of the successful candidate will range from screening candidates and conducting interviews to performing educational verification and background checks.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and have a minimum two (2) years’ work experience in the HR field.

The ideal candidate should also possess an in-depth understanding of human resource practices and trends, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a working knowledge of relevant computer applications and be competent with relationship management, policy development and team building.
