1. Raggamuffin Hostel

Raggamuffin hostel offers communal spaces at low costs in Kingston. It provides affordable accommodations for backpackers especially, those who would love to experience Kingston.

The amenities are not suited for children and as such, it is an adult-only facility. The minimum check-in age is 18. The room and bathroom are mixed dormitory style.

Raggamuffin hostel has one restaurant on the property that offers vegetarian and a la carte options as well as a coffee/tea station. It is perfect for groups travelling together or for singles who welcome meeting new people.

The communal living space is great for games such as Jenga or just for working using the complimentary Wi-Fi. But if you would like to enjoy a little peace and quiet, the soundproof rooms are also a great option.

2. The Manning's

This resort-style apartment is a self-contained studio that is perfect for travellers who wants to completely control their vacation. Here, you will be engulfed in as much Jamaican culture as you wish with many shops, nightclubs, restaurants and jerk centres around the area.

As soon as you feel you need a break or you’ve had enough, head back to your soundproof dwelling for some much-needed rest.

If you decide to head into Ocho Rios or Montego Bay via the north coast highway, then you are in luck as the Mannings are located close by. If you’ll be driving, there is no need to worry about parking, there are ample unreserved parking spaces on the property as well.

Your friendly and reliable host will see to an enjoyable stay and if you stay for 10 days or more, a complimentary cleaning session is necessary.

3. Labrish Guest House

Labrish Guest House has an outdoor pool among its amenities. Some rooms also have accessible bathrooms for persons with physical challenges.

The prices fluctuate depending on the season but on average, the cost to stay at Labrish is around USD 50 per night. Food is not included, but a surcharge breakfast is available between 9 and 11 AM daily.

The available rooms sleep between 1 and 4 people. The airport shuttle is also available 24 hours daily at an additional cost. Room service is also available but only for a limited period.

Food and drink are not included but made to order, breakfast is available between 8 and 10 AM for an additional cost.

There is a restaurant, bar/lounge, coffee shop and snack bar available on the property. Room service is also available for a limited time throughout the day. The appliances are all shared between guests.
