It seems only fitting that I spend my 50th Birthday in a Country celebrating it's 50th!!

I have traveled to Jamaica several times throughout my life. I spent my honeymoon in Negril, shared special time with my family and friends in Montego Bay and Ocho Rios and now I am going to Runaway Bay next Month!
My husband and I are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and my 'significant' birthday there.

I find it a bit challenging to put into words just how wonderful Jamaica is!! The food is so flavorful and hard to duplicate... Although my family and I pursue this quite a bit!

The people are wonderful... So full of humor and love, in spite if the daily challenges they face.

The music... Which I have an extensive library of now, seems to instantly take me back to this serene, 'feel good' place. I just close my eyes and relive many of the holidays we work so hard to take.

My mother suffered a brain injury several years ago but smiles whenever I recall our vacation together and mimics the dance moves we shared in Jamaica.
This is so special!

I love your beautiful country and will always keep a special place in my heart where everything is 'irie'!
