So if you are in Jamaica and are looking to go out and enjoy a new restaurant but can’t seem to choose, here are the top 10 rated restaurants in Jamaica according to google.
For more accuracy, I carefully selected those restaurants with a minimum of 2.5k reviews and no less than 4 stars. Unsurprisingly, many of the island’s favourites made the list.

Over time, Rick's Cafe has established itself as Negril's premier gathering place, and watching the sunset there has become a Jamaican custom. For those who dare, cliff jumping is also the main attraction.

Prime cuts of meat, hand-picked produce, and excellent customer service are all priorities at South Avenue Grill. The South American custom of outdoor grilling has had a significant influence on its menu, which is typically that of a steakhouse.
