Male Man/House Manager

Wanted adult male 5 feet 7 above, Strong, Able to lift 200 at the most in one lift.

Must be able to supervise and assist 50 year old who is able somewhat verbally and mostly non-verbally communicate physically disabled male who can eat,dress and defecate by himself.

We need someone who is going wash his really filthy clothes and hair every day of week when necessary. Lay out a full daily attire. Cook Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The person must be a live-in and will have their own bedroom.

House must be cleaned daily as well as the back and front yard must be tightly maintained. This property in on Rosalie Avenue in Kingston. The neighborhood has issues and the roads have so many crater like holes that they resemble the moon surface. There is a place to park your car if you have one.
Must report weekly progress or lack of. Payment is done on a monthly basis.
Candidate has free live in space, use of electricity, water not the phone for personal use.

Whatever two days that are chosen as days off. Candidate must make sure Breakfast, lunch and dinner is left for the above occupant.

Must be patient, trustworthy, must have open mind.
Immediate opening with the "right" candidate.
