Jamaican at Heart

Contest Entry #079- Jamaican at Heart.
The Jamaican culture
is appreciated by many individuals from all over the world.
Although our country is very small, it has made a very large impact on the lives of many and has inspired many to embrace our culture.
Meet Le-Anne, a talented actress and singer.
I met Le-Anne in 2011 at the Edna Manley College while I was a student there. She was the most beautiful black woman I have ever seen!
Because of her image, many thought she was Jamaican but her Bajan accent gave her away.
Le-Anne loves everything about Jamaica. Like me, she is so in love with reggae
and the Rastafarian faith and it inspires her music, her fashion sense and her choice of hairstyle; her entire lifestyle on a whole.
She is addicted to our Jamaican dishes
and she even tries to speak patois
, which is always very funny.
It is amazing how our little, little Jamaica inspires so many.
Bajan on paper, Jamaican at heart.
