And, another excellent question!

You never said exactly what type of store you would be setting up, but quite honestly it doesn't matter a great deal.

Whether you are selling down-loadable items, hard goods or just giving information, you just need a defined, yet very simple process. SBI calls it CTPM.

I've answered a similar question for Russell back in April and I am going to ask you to take a look at it.
